The body is a vessel for emotion. Movement is its language.
I have been exploring the relationship between humans and they way they move for more than 2 decades.
Everybody moves.
This simple phrase is the guiding principal behind all of my work.
Movement can be an explosive jump, the flick of the wrist or the subtlest exhale.
The feelings connected to that movement is where the magic happens. It's where I live.
The connection between heart and body is what drives my work. When motion and emotion connect, breathtaking gestures with authentic energy are created.
As a former dancer, I have a unique insight into the mind-body connection. My approach to directing people who move is very specific, but also highly effective for all types of talent: our brain interprets the instructions, but it's our muscles that remember and express them.

Whether I am shooting a cancer surviver taking her first yoga class in years, a kid teaching their parents how to dance the latest Tik-Tok craze or a world class athlete showing off the newest athletic shoe, I am proud to create an experience for the people in front my lens that encourages them to find the best in themselves and express that in a naturally authentic way.
In my conceptual work, I’m passionate about creating images that are visually stunning and thought-provoking. I love to merge images with surreal elements, using both practical techniques and CGI or AI to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Now an avid yogi (and a mom to 2 girls who love to bake), I believe in hard work, attention to detail, and compassionate, empathic communication. I love to collaborate with my clients to solve creative and budgetary challenges.
There is nothing better than the moment it all comes together - concept, talent, wardrobe, sets, lighting, music, and movement. Don't be surprised when an impromptu dance party erupts when we wrap!
